This patient is a 34 year old woman from Portsmouth, Ohio who had lost a significant amount of weight. As a result, she had ptotis (sagging) of the breast. She came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to have a breast lift (mastopexy) with an augmentation (implants). Dr. Bivik Shah performed the surgery for her and she had a 500 cc implant put in on the left breast and a 460 cc implant used on the right breast. The after photo was taken 2 months after surgery.
