This is a 50 year old woman from Mansfield, Ohio who had lost a significant amount of weight with gastric-bypass surgery. She came to Dr. Bivik Shah at The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to have the sagging (ptosis) of her breasts corrected. She had a breast lift (mastopexy) to correct the sagging and Smooth Round Saline Implants placed under the muscle. The implants were filled to 350 cc for both breasts to give her a more full appearance. The after photos were taken 2 months after surgery.
