This is a 31 year old woman from Hilliard Ohio who was unhappy with the ptosis (sagging) and lack of volume in her breasts. Dr. Shah advised a mastopexy (breast lift) with implants. The patient agreed, and chose 400 cc silicone implants, which Dr. Shah placed under her pectoral muscles. She is photographed here before surgery, and 6.5 months following surgery.
