This patient is a 49 year old woman from Canal Winchester, Ohio. She came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery because she was not happy with the appearance of her breasts. She had a significant amount of sagging (ptosis) of the breasts and lacked breast tissue. She and Dr. Bivik Shah decided that she would be very happy after having a breast augmentation (implants) along with a mastopexy (breast lift). She had a 350cc smooth round saline implants filled to 400cc. The after photo was taken 2 weeks after surgery.
