Before + After Photos

This patient came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast lift as well as breast implants placed. She had developed a bit of breast sag naturally and also was unhappy with her size. She met with the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah and he discussed with her how to get the look she wanted. During this surgery, Dr. Shah placed a 375cc breast implant on the right and a 325cc implant on the left. This corrected the unevenness she had. If he had stopped there, her nipple would still sit incredibly low on her breast and she would develop even more sag, therefore he proceeded with the breast lift. The after photo here was taken 4 years after surgery and her scars have headed fantastic and are hardly visible! This shows how over time the scars will get better and better!
