This 47 year old woman from Bellefontaine, Ohio came to the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery as she was unhappy about the appearance of her breasts. She was dissatisfied with the sag (ptosis) and lack of breast tissue. After much research, she met with the board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah to discuss the procedure of her choice. She was interested in getting a breast augmentation (implants) and a mastopexy (breast lift). Dr. Shah found that this would be the absolute best way to get the look she wanted. The implants will take care of the lack of breast tissue and the breast lift will take care of the breast sag. The after photo here was taken two and a half months after the procedure. The scars continue to heal over time and will look their absolute best at about a year and a half after surgery.
