This 37 year old man from Columbus, Ohio was having concerns with this breast tissue. He came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a Gynecomastia Level II Surgery. Level II means that liposuction will be performed on the chest along with a small incision around the areola to remove excess breast tissue. Gynecomastia Surgery is usually performed under IV Sedation (twilight sleep). The after photos were taken 9 months after surgery.
