This 28 year old man from Columbus, Ohio was having concerns with this breast tissue. He came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a Gynecomastia Level II Surgery. Level II means that liposuction will be performed on the chest along with a small incision around the areola to remove excess breast tissue. The after photos were taken 1 week after surgery.
