This patient is a 34 year old man from Westerville, Ohio. He was uncomfortable with the excess breast tissue and fat he had in his chest. He came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a Gynecomastia Level I Surgery. Level I means that he had liposuction to the chest and no other incisions were made. This took care of his concerns and he is now much happier with his chest. The after photos were taken 2 weeks after surgery.
