This woman had just turned 60 years old and decided to come to the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to have treatment done on her face. She was interested in Laser Therapy, particularly the profractional laser treatment. This laser improves the fine lines and many wrinkles on the face (or desired area). It tightens the skin and gives it a smooth appearance. As you can see in the after photo here, the brown age spots have lightened up as well. Overall, it gives the patient a younger, refreshed look that lasts for years! The healing process varies. The deeper that Dr. Bivik Shah makes the laser enter the skin (which is your personal preference) the longer the healing process. Typically, within one week you’ll be healed. The after photo here was taken two weeks after the procedure.
