This is a 35 year old woman who wanted liposuction to her thighs. She is from Columbus, Ohio and came to the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah, at the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for liposuction. After discussing with the patient, together they decided that the classic method of liposuction would be the best option. This was performed with the patient awake, using incisions about the size of a pencil lead, and tumescent liposuction. The pictures are 4 months after plastic surgery.
