This 20 year old woman had concerns with the appearance of her thighs. She had not been able to lose the weight on her own for years. She came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to meet with Dr. Bivik Shah about this. He advised her that the best way to get the result she wanted was liposuction. This will remove the fat that had been bothering her. The after photo was taken 3 weeks after surgery. This is very soon after, so she still is experiencing some swelling in that area. Over time that swelling will go down and her results will look amazing!
