This 35 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for liposuction to her chin. She had wanted to get rid of that little bit of fullness she had there. This procedure was done under IV Sedation (twilight sleep) with only a small incision made underneath the chin. The after photo was taken 2 months after surgery and as you can see, the fat that was under her chin is all gone!
