This woman in her late 30’s from Frazeyburg, Ohio wanted a breast enhancement and breast augmentation at the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery. The picture is 7 months after plastic surgery. She has a moderate amount of breast sag (breast ptosis). In this situation, she has three options: full breast lift with breast implants, mini-breast lift with breast augmentation, or breast implants alone. A full breast lift would give you a very perky, full, firm breasts but you would have a scar like a lollipop around the areola and then straight down to the breast crease. A mini-breast lift would give some of the things of a full breast lift but with a smaller scar like a circle, around the areola (the dark circle on the breast). Breast implants alone would give you fullness and cleavage but would not raise the nipples. She chose to have breast augmentation with a mini-breast lift.
