This 36 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation. She met here with the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah and let him know the look that she was going for. He went over some of her options and highly recommended a mini breast lift along with the implants. This would certainly give her the look she wanted. Together they decided on 300cc Silicone breast implants. The breast lift incision is one that just goes around the outside of her nipple. Once healed, the scar is hardly noticeable. The after photo here was taken 6 weeks after surgery. Once she is about a year and a half out from surgery, her scars and results will look their best!
