This patient is a 28 year old man from Columbus, Ohio who came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to consult with the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah about plastic surgery of the nose (Rhinoplasty). The patient wanted the “bumb” of his nose smaller. He also had been having trouble with breathing, so he wanted his airway fixed as well. A Rhinoplasty incision is made very small on the under-side of the nose and is hardly detectable. The after photos were taken 2 months after surgery.
