Before + After Photos

This 27 year old man came to the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery with a few concerns about his nose. He came to meet with the board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah, and discuss the look he was hoping to achieve. This patient generally was displeased with the size of his nose. He did not like that the tip of his nose angled downward and that he had a slight hump. Dr. Shah corrected these issues for him. You can see here in the pictures the great transformation. His nose is smaller than it was before and the tip of his nose is at an appropriate level (not pointed downward). The after photo was taken 4 weeks after surgery. This is a very short time after surgery and the full results will continue to develop over the next year and a half as the swelling goes down and any excess skin shrinks down.
