This lovely woman from central Ohio disliked the tip of her nose, wishing it was narrower. She saw Dr. Shah in consult, and ultimately it was decided to go forward with a closed rhinoplasty, which was done under general anesthesia. With a closed rhinoplasty, the incision is made inside the nostrils, and Dr. Shah was able to access the structures under the skin. She is thrilled with her results! She is photographed here before surgery, and 5 months post-operatively.
