This 19 year old patient from Columbus, Ohio wanted to have nose (Rhinoplasty) surgery to make her nose smaller and less wide. It was very important that she still maintain her ethnicity. It was also important that she have a nose that still fits her face. She had Rhinoplasty surgery with General Anesthesia. To make the nose smaller, Dr. Bivik Shah use an implant on the top of her nose to make it come out more. The pictures are about 2 and half months after her surgery at the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery. The nose will actually continue to get smaller for about 2 years. Now the nose is smaller and fits her face better.
