This patient is a 64 year old woman from Carey, Ohio who came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery after massive weight loss. Her thighs had a lot of excess skin sag that was to be removed. When a thighplasty is performed, the incision is made along the inner thigh from groin to knee and also along the panty-line. The after photo was taken a year and a half after surgery. The scars in this after photo have healed very nicely and are easily hidden by clothing.
