This 42 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a thighplasty (thigh lift). She had undergone gastric bypass surgery a few years prior and lost 84lbs. As a result she had excess skin and fat around her body. A specific problem area for her was her thighs. She came in and met with the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah and they decided that she would greatly benefit from a thighplasty. The after photo was taken 2 months after surgery.
