This 51 year old woman had undergone gastric bypass surgery in her earlier years. As a result she was left with excess sagging skin and fat in specific areas of her body. One area of concern for her was her thighs. She came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a thighplasty (thigh lift). The plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah performed the surgery. The incision for this procedure is easily hidden as it runs along the inner thigh. The after photo was taken 4 months after surgery.
