This 39-year-old woman from Crooksville, Ohio came to top breast augmentation place, the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation with silicone breast implants. She had 700cc implants placed below her muscle and the incision is made at the underside of the breast, hidden in the crease. She is pictured here before and 3 years after surgery.
