This 38 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a Breast Augmentation. She had been unhappy with her lack of breast tissue for quite some time and decided to come in for a consultation. She met with Dr. Bivik Shah and together they decided upon 375cc saline breast implants. She considered a breast lift at this time a well so that her nipple would be raised to the center of her breast, however she did not want the scars on the front of her breasts.
