This is a 47-year-old woman from Grove City, Ohio who was unhappy with her bust size, which led her to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to consult with Dr. Bivik Shah. Together, they decided on 375 cc silicone implants, which Dr. Shah placed sub-muscular through the inframammary fold (breast crease). This was a beautiful choice for her 5’7” frame.
