This patient is a 34 year old woman from Portsmouth, Ohio. She came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery because she was not happy with the appearance of her breasts. She had a significant amount of sagging (ptosis) of the breasts and lacked breast tissue. She and Dr. Bivik Shah decided that she would be very happy after having a breast augmentation (implants) along with a mastopexy (breast lift). She had a 460cc saline implant place for her right breast and a 500cc saline implant placed for her left breast. The after photos were taken 2 months after surgery.
