Before + After Photos

This is a young woman who wanted liposuction to the outer and inner thighs. She is from Columbus, Ohio and came to the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah, at the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for liposuction. The pictures are 4 months after plastic surgery. After discussing with the patient, together we decided that the classic method of liposuction would be the best option. This was performed with the patient awake, using tiny incisions about the size of a pencil lead, and tumescent liposuction. Many people ask us if Smartlipo would be a better option. However, Smartlipo has not been tested for it’s safety and offers the same benefits as tumescent anesthesia with no anesthesia, awake, and small incisions.
