This 30 year old woman from Grove City, Ohio came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation. She met here with plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah and let him know the look that she was hoping to achieve. He went over some of her options and highly recommended a mini breast lift along with the implants. This would certainly give her the look she wanted. Together they decided on 400cc silicone breast implants. The breast lift incision is one that goes around the outside of her areola. Once healed, the scar is hardly noticeable. The after photo here was taken 7 months after surgery. Once she is a year and a half out from surgery, her scars and results will look their best!
