This 40 year old woman came to the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to meet with the board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah. She was unhappy with her nose and had been for quite a while. She finally decided to come and see what her options were. Dr. Shah informed her of a product that is carried here in the office, Juvederm. Juvederm is a hyaluronic acid that is used to fill a space within the body. Dr. Shah injected this filler into her nose to shape it how she wanted. There is mild swelling and bruising involved with this simple procedure that will go away within 3-5 days after the procedure.
