This is a 20 year old young lady from McConnelsville, Ohio who came to see Dr. Shah to discuss her vision for a potential breast enhancement. After carefully listening to her aesthetic goals, it was decided that Dr. Shah would surgically augment her breasts by placing 425 cc silicone implants through her inframammary folds, and under her pectoral muscles.
