This 26 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a silicone breast augmentation. She met with the staff and the plastic surgeon here, Dr. Bivik Shah, and together they decided upon 475cc breast implants. The implants were place under the muscle for a more natural look.
