Before + After Photos

This is a 43 year old woman from Canal Winchester, OH who wanted improvement to her breasts. She had some breast sag (ptosis). She decided to have a breast augmentation with silicone implants at The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery. She decided against having a breast lift due to the scars on the front of the breasts. As you can see, the patients nipple on the left breast is positioned downward in the before picture. The after photo displays the same nipple positioning. The patient would have had to have the nipple repositioned if she had wanted that fixed. The pictures are 2 months after surgery. She has a 425cc silicone implant on the right and a 400cc silicone implant on the left.
