This 54 year old woman came to the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to meet with the board certified plastic surgeon regarding breast augmentation. She had become displeased with the appearance of her breast over time and wanted more fullness and cleavage. After hearing about her options (between silicone and saline) she decided upon silicone breast implants, 400cc. The incision was made underneath the breast in the breast crease which is very easily hidden. The after photo here was taken a year and three months after surgery.
