This 27 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation (breast implants) to enhance the appearance of her breasts. She came in and met with plastic surgeon Dr. Bivik Shah, and together they discussed exactly what look she had wished to achieve. They decided upon 600cc saline breast implants.
