This is a 28 year old woman from Canal Winchester, Ohio who wanted a breast augmentation. She has a moderate amount of breast ptosis (sag). She, however, did not want a breast lift and decided to get a breast augmentation by the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah, at The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery. In general, breast implants will not raise the nipple or correct breast sag, however, sometimes as in this case, it can give a very natural plastic surgery result.
