This 32 year old woman came from Newark, Ohio to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation. Together, she and the plastic surgeon Dr. Bivik Shah discussed the options for her to enhance her breasts. They decided upon a 500cc silicone implant on the right side and a 600cc silicone implant on the left to correct the asymmetry that she had prior to the surgery. As you can see, her breasts are much more even. The after photo was taken 1 year after surgery.
