This 37 year old woman came to Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation (implants). She met with the board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah and together they evaluated her breasts. Though this woman could have benefited from a breast lift AS WELL as implants, she did not want the scars on the front of her breasts. Dr. Shah placed a 450cc silicone breast implant on the right side and a 400cc silicone implant on the left. The after photo here was taken 6 weeks after surgery.
