Before + After Photos

This 46 year old woman had a breast augmentation years ago. As you can see in the before picture, the implants were beginning to look unacceptable. Sometimes the patient’s preference is to have their implants placed above their pec muscle; however, having the implants placed under the muscle is most common. This patient had wanted her implants above the muscle, and recently decided that she wanted them moved to under the muscle. Also, her left implant was deflated and needed to be replaced. She came to the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery where the board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Shah, replaced her implants and moved them to under the muscle. The after photo here was taken 7 months after the revision.
