This is a 30 year old woman from Columbus, Ohio. She wanted a breast augmentation at The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery. After carefully considering the implant size, she and Dr. Bivik Shah decided upon using a 400 cc implant in the right and a 380 cc implant on the left. The plastic surgery after pictures were taken 2 months after surgery. Her incision was under the breast, easily hidden, and the implants were placed below the muscle.
