This is a 26 year old woman from Gallipolis, Ohio. She was not satisfied with the size of her breasts and wanted a bigger, more full look. She came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation (implants). She and Dr. Bivik Shah decided on saline implants that were filled to 550 cc on the right and 525 cc on the left. Her after photo was taken 2 months after surgery.
