This patient is a 30 year old woman from Columbus, Ohio. She came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation. She wanted her breast to be more full. She and plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah decided on using a 385cc silicone implant for the right breast and a 315cc silicone implant for the left breast. The after photos were taken 2 months after her surgery. The scar is very well hidden in the under crease of the breast.
