This is a 39 year old woman from Pataskala, Ohio. She wanted a breast augmentation at The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery. After carefully considering saline breast implants versus silicone breast implants, she chose to have 475 cc silicone implants put on both sides. The after pictures were taken 6 months after surgery. Her incisions were under the breast and the implants were placed below the muscle.
