This is a 52 year old woman from Winfield, West Virginia who had lost a significant amount of weight with gastric-bypass surgery. She came to Dr. Bivik Shah at The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to have the sagging (ptosis) of her breasts corrected. She had a breast lift (mastopexy) to correct the sagging and 550 cc silicone implants were used for both breasts to give her a more full appearance. The after photos were taken 5 months after surgery.
