Before + After Photos

This 32 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a Rhinoplasty (nose job). She had wanted the hump of her nose to be gone and also her nose smaller overall. During a rhinoplasty, a small incision is made between the nostrils under the nose. Then, Dr. Bivik Shah can go in and reshape the nose as desired. The healing process for a nose is a little bit longer than many other plastic surgery procedures. The swelling gradually goes away over the course of a year. The result will look their best and everything settles in place at about a year and a half. This patient is fully healed as her after photo was taken 3 and a half years after her surgery.
