This 30 year old woman came fro Westerville, OH to the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to improve the appearance of her nose. She had a limited rhinoplasty. This woman had an implant placed in the bridge (dorsum) of her nose to give a better profile and make the nose project more. This procedure is a great way to improve the overall look of the nose – increasing the bridge will make your nose look thinner, better shaped, and position the tip better. This is a very simple procedure that can be performed with IV sedation (twilight anesthesia) and takes about an hour. There operation is scarless (all the incisions are on the inside of the nose)!
