This is a 50 year old woman from Charleston, West Virginia. Her thighs had a lot of excess skin sag that was to be removed.She came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to consult with Dr. Bivik Shah about having a thigh lift (thighplasty). When a thighplasty is performed, the incision is made along the inner thigh from groin to knee and also along the panty-line. The after photo was taken 3 months after surgery.
