This is a 49 year old woman from Canal Winchester, Ohio who came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to consult with Dr. Bivik Shah about the appearance of the skin around her eyes. She had some sagging (ptosis) of her upper and lower eyelids and wanted for the skin to be tightened for a more smooth appearance. She had a blepharoplasty surgery to achieve this look. She is much happer with her eyes since the surgery. Her after photo was taken 9 months after her surgery.
