This 42 year old woman from Gahanna came to the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to enhance the appearance of her buttocks. She had a couple options to choose from. After meeting with the board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah, they decided upon fat grafting to the buttocks. Within this procedure the patient has liposuction to desired areas of their body. This patient had liposuction to her love handles (flanks) and her upper back. The fat that is removed from the liposuction is then injected into the buttocks and shaped by Dr. Shah to give you the look you were wishing for. The patient will experience some swelling after this procedure that can last up to six months. After this time, you will be able so see the results at their best!
