This is a 31 year old woman from Marietta, Ohio. She had lost weight on her own and had excess skin remaining. She came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to consult with Dr. Bivik Shah about having the skin and any excess fat removed (abdominoplasty). The skin and fat was removed. Also, her abdominal muscles were tightened for a tighter, smoother appearance. The after photos were taken 3 months after surgery.
