This 44 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to have the excess skin and fat removed from her arms (bat wings). She met with the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah and they discussed her options for correcting this issue. Together they decided upon a brachioplasty (arm lift) in which the excess skin and fat is cut out and the incision runs along the inner arm. The scar is easy to hide with any t-shirt. The after photo here was taken 2.5 months after surgery.
